2010- Lazy Runner Program

Program 1- 2010
Program one of Lazy Runner commences on the 1st of Feb, and runs for 16 weeks

Program one includes the Lazy Runner Fun Run (April 11th) and the commencement of training for the Gold Coast events on July 4th

Program One also see the start of the Lazy Runner Tri Series ( A series of three runs across 2010)

The First Lazy Runner Tour of 2010 also occurs at the end of Program One

You can train for any event you like with Lazy Runner, from a 5km fun run to a marathon, everyone of all running abilities and fitness levels are most welcome to join in

Program One can also include a beginners program, which includes a Health and Fitness assessment and online support as well as the Lazy Runner sessions

Lazy Boots 2010

Lazy Boots are a great way to get fit and have fun. Lazy Boots is a two hour running boot camp, held in different outdoor locations. It is a great way to kick start your fitness campaign or improve your workouts. Lazy Boots are held on public holidays, and include fruit and drinks.
Cost- $20 per Lazy Runner or Bring a non Lazy runner friend of family member for $30 for both of you

Lazy Runner Programs
There will be three  programs of Lazy Runner in 2010

Program 1- 16 weeks ($160)
Commencing 1st Feb- Finishes Friday 20th May- Warwick Pentath 21st/22nd of May


Program 2- 14 weeks ($140)
Commencing 31st May- Finishes 5th September

Program 3- 13 weeks ($130)
