 Lazy Runner Perth

The Lazy Runner Perth Jan 2012 10 week program has commenced however you can join in (at a pro rata cost) at any stage in the first 5 weeks! Email Beth at Lazyrunnerperth@gmail.com for a quote.

Otherwise, casual options are also available at $15 per session or $120 for 10 sessions

Our running timetable:

MONDAYS

5.45am-6.45am Muck Up Session (speed focus) All Levels @ Langley Park (meet opposite Bennett st, East Perth)

6.15pm-7.15pm Beginners only Session @ Kings Park (meet at the Fraser ave entrance near the small cannon memorial)

WEDNESDAYS
6.15pm-7.15pm Muck Up Session (strength focus) All Levels @ Kings Park (meet at the Fraser ave entrance near the small cannon memorial)

FRIDAYS
5.45am-6.45am Ho Hum Run All Levels @ Langley Park (meet opposite Bennett st, East Perth)

Next program: HBF Run for a Reason 10 week preparation program - starts 19th March
* City to Surf (all distances) 12 week preparation program - starts 4th June
* Fremantle Half Marathon 4 week program - starts 3rd September
* End of Year 10 Week Program - starts 8th October
